SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Danceparkles.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All finished orders (from the moment we notify you that your order is ready) are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery in Belgium will normally take 1-2 business days. Delivery in Europe will have an estimated time of 5 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur and our team cannot made responsible for this.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. If your order will be sent on a trackable service, we will sent you an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

DanceSparkles.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

DanceSparkles.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thanks for shopping at DanceSparkles.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to notify us (info@dancesparkles.com) if you wish to return an item, from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and it needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

This policy has the exception of made to order items (custom made) which are not refundable in any circumstances and of all earrings for hygiene reasons.

Any items returned without prior notice in writing will not be accepted.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

In case of a return, you must take reasonable care of all goods in your possession and return them to us appropriately packaged to avoid damage. Returns should be done within 7 days from the cancellation date.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Shipping should be done in appropriate packaging to avoid damage. 

All items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and your return shipment should contain the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the cancellation notice. Refunds will always be given in the form of a discount coupon to the website or in an exchange of product. No cash money will be refunded.
